Synergetic approach to the methodology of innovation development at the mesolevel: social potential

The necessity of taking into account such an important feature of modern economic laws of development as social capital viewed as a factor of intellectualization of social and economic processes in the period of the economic system transformation at mesolevel has been grounded. It was supposed that intellectual capital appears to be the conflictogen of social and economic development cycle of complex self-regulating socio-economic systems. It was proved that some of the methodological and theoretical contexts of such systems development are not sufficiently advanced and require clarification of specific socio-economic conditions, which leads to the need to clarify the specific socio-economic conditions of a particular region.
