Implementation of ethics in politics of second half of the XX century - beginning of the XXI century

The article analyzes the influence of Western policy on the restore process of ideals of democracy after World War II. As a result of theoretical analysis were inserted factors of influence on political ethics America and Europe. In the mid-twentieth century theorists began to form ethics of civil servants, which formed the basis of modern models. The process of decentralization, integration and globalization have dramatically changed the meaning of political responsibility and its subject. Examining these aspects there were formed the main problems of modern political ethics and were offered their solutions.
