Optimum Pixel Wise Comparison of High Definition Video Frame

In any video processing algorithm there is a required to extract images from the video files and to identify the most significant frame from that which make the change in the motion of the video by frame to frame. In this paper I explain about, how to extract the frame from the video and identify the I, B and P frame from it and calculate the pixel value from a specific frame and compare with the next specific indentified frame and optimize the minimum difference and minimize the number of frame from the video and reduce the size of the video.
