On increasing the reliability of the process equipment of energy companies using magnetic-sealing systems

The operating conditions of bearing assemblies are considered with the increasing demands of operational reliability, working capacity and durability of the equipment of industrial enterprises. Since up to 90% of accidental destruction of the bearing due to the sealing system, the magnetic fluid seals which are characterized by an almost complete integrity are proposed. In order to expand their areas of application the concept of magnetic fluid sealing complexes is introduced. The design and implementation of this complex on the centrifugal mine main fan ВОД-30M are analyzed.
