Abstract
Purpose. To determine the maximum ground-level concentrations of pollutants currently used method OND-86 and developed on the basis of computer programs, such as "EOL +". Despite the focus engineering techniques is often difficult to directly trace the relationship between the study variables. In this regard, a suggestion algorithmic definition of maximum ground-level concentrations of harmful air substances. Methodology. Possibilities combinations of settings that affect the maximum surface concentrations, rejected overlapping settlement cases and identified the main basic options. Findings. Formed flowchart (algorithm) establishment of maximum ground-level concentrations of pollutants, which reduces payments to nine calculated cases. Originality. Established calculated data source region for which the maximum surface concentration depends ( ) essentially on the difference in temperature pollutant emissions and ambient air (ΔT) for both hot and cold for emissions. Practical value. The proposed algorithm calculations in its implementation on a PC, can study in detail the relationship concentrations of ground-level temperature control emissions and to formulate practical recommendations on management of emissions.
