Abstract
Purpose. Development of new structural decisions at planning and building of new buildings, application of new progressive methods of implementation of works. Methodology. Application of normative index of level of efficiency of non-load-bearing constructions of buildings and buildings is minimum obligatory thermal resistance of separate non-load-bearing elements. Findings. The analysis of structural decisions of dwellings buildings is presented in the article. Possibilities of modern town-planning and in-use here build materials are considered. Dwelling building becomes component part of the single functional system on providing of comfort, both for the residence of man and on the comfort of his service. Increase of heating engineering requirements to the non-load-bearing constructions of the erected buildings innovative direction of a build production in Ukraine. One of the most active users of energy there is a build complex in Ukraine. Stake of power resources for the production of build materials, wares and constructions above average index on domestic industry on the whole and considerably higher than world level. Most thermal losses take place through non-load-bearing constructions, having utterly low indexes of resistance a thermal transmission. Main innovative directions of development of production of basic types of build materials it is been upgrading, to power efficiency, to ecofriendlyness and decline of power capacity of products. Presently very actual is development of new varieties composition littlecement and without cement astringent and their technologies from wastes of metallurgy, TPS, mining, chemical and other industries of industry of the different setting, not yieldings, but even excelling ordinary (classic). On a foreground the use of the second resources goes out for a receipt from them astringent, abbreviating here enormous accumulations for the decades of wastes of production, improving ecology, and also use of energysaving, cheap building materials. Originality. New energyeffective requirements to the non-load-bearing constructions allowed to get the comparative estimation of parameters for the basic types of build materials, answering normative requirements. Practical value. Application of new structural decisions at planning and building of new buildings, set application of new progressive methods of implementation of works the way of decision on an energy-savings.
