Justification of the strategy of creation of agricultural sotcial ecological complexes in Ukraine

The purpose is to justify the relevance of the establishment of agricultural social ecological complexes in Ukraine. Methods. To achieve the purpose it was examined contemporary issues and models of socio - economic organization and the process of development of Ukraine, in particular, the housing construction in the agricultural sector. Findings. It was found, that the strategy of creating of social ecological complexes, which is aimed at the implementation of the agricultural potential of Ukraine, is a comprehensive solution for the positive development of existing preconditions for the transformation of the economy of Ukraine. Originality. Scientific novelty of the research presented in the comprehensive analysis of the prerequisites for the development of new forms of organization - the symbiosis of the agricultural and construction sectors in Ukraine for the creation of agricultural social ecological complexes. Practical value. It was proposed the form of combination of agricultural and construction industries to solve the existing problems of rural areas, which can afford to provide the population with affordable housing and create working places.
