Cluster model of development of agrarian -construction sector ukraine

Goal. Agricultural sector of Ukraine is currently the export leader in Ukraine in value terms. At the same time in the agricultural sector there are a number of negative trends associated with the direction of its development. This is due to a focus on the development of large agricultural holdings. In this sector personal peasant farms, small farms developed enough, which leads to degradation of the village, especially the infrastructure component end the social sphere. Need to search for new and better organizational and technological solutions that promote sustainable agricultural development. Methods. On the basis of the concept of sustainable development, the knowledge economy end the statistics proposed cluster model of rural development. Results. It was found that the current model of agricultural production requires comprehensive modernization carried out on socio-economic principles. Based on the statistical analysis of forms of management shows that despite the parity in the volume of production in small and large agricultural formations state support focused on the development, mainly large agricultural holdings. We propose an innovative model of development of rural areas on the basis of agro-building clusters. Proposals the list of priority integrated clusters that can transform rural areas towards sustainable development. Scientific novelty. That was the proposals a new model of socioeconomic development of rural areas through the creation of integrated agro-building cluster end the classification of innovation clusters. The practical significance. The use of cluster model of development of AIC and rural areas will contribute to the formation of Ukraine as a high-tech sustainable agricultural state where harmoniously solve economic, social and environmental problems.
