Abstract
The present investigation was carried out at the Research field of the Department of Horticulture SHIATS, Allahabad. The experiment was laid out on 15 genotypes with three replications under Randomised Block Design during rabi season of 2013-14 and 2014-15. On the basis of results, it was concluded that out of 15 genotypes, the cultivar Chandler gave higher yield with highest number of fruits and produced the good number of runners per plant. On the basis of overall performance, it was found promising variety for commercial cultivation under agro-economic condition of Uttar Pradesh.
