Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of modern physical education ? ensuring optimal conditions of specific training and education of the child with the pathology of its future social and labor rehabilitation and integration into society. The aim of the study is to examine motor activity indicators of school-age children with disorders of vision. The purpose of the methodology is to evaluate the endurance of the hands and the presence of asymmetry on endurance and hand strength. It is proved that biomedical and educational researches from different countries focus on youth healthy lifestyle, and observing their physical activity. Survey methodology "Dynamometer" is conducted with manual electronic dynamometer. Under the study it was proposed to compress the spring with the hand dynamometer as much as possible and to hold for a certain time interval specified muscle force which is calculated as a percentage of the maximum. The study has been carried out aimed at establishing the moving abilities of the blind and visually impaired boys and girls. Thus, indicators characterizing the power abilities of the blind and visually impaired children aged 7-17 are found out during the study. It is noticed that boys with visual impairments lag behind healthy boys while performing tests characterizing the power abilities. The same pattern is observed among the visually impaired and blind girls compared with healthy girls aged 7-17. According to the examination of maximum force, speed force, force endurance, and speed abilities it is concluded that they are on the low level; developing moving abilities of blind and sand-blind children requires selecting appropriate exercises and means of physical therapy.
