Abstract
Efficacy is a quality that teachers develop for efficiency in teaching and learning and that they also play role for developing it in their students. This research aims to determine effects of the programs on the self-efficacy beliefs of prospective teachers who are enrolled in Elementary Education and Turkish Education programs. The study employed Baloğlu and Karadağ's Teacher Efficacy Scale and re-tested reliability of the scale before the implementation. According to the results, prospective teachers' self-efficacy scores vary by their departments. Moreover, the research findings show that the prospective teachers possess high level self-efficacy dispositions.
