Abstract
By using qualitative research methods in this study, classroom management skills of teachers were evaluated based on the views of schools principals. 10 primary school principals working in Uşak participated in the study. The study was conducted in 2013-2014 academic years. Based on on the findings school principals do not see enough of classroom management skills of teachers. According to school principals, teachers have communication problems most in regard of class management. According to them young and inexperienced teachers have troubles in classroom management. School principals stressed that teachers could not determine the right behavior they would like to see since they are focused on teaching. School principals also added that teachers fail to understand the signs coming from the students.
