Abstract
Recurrent acute pancreatitis is defined as more than one episode of acute pancreatitis. These patients need a more extensive workup apart from the detailed history, laboratory evaluation and transabdominal ultrasound or computed tomography. The most common causes are due to alcohol abuse or gallstone disease. Recent developments in imaging techniques and endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography have improved the clinical diagnosis of rare etiologies like anomalous pancreaticobiliary union. In this case report, we report a adolescent female with recurrent abdominal pain due to recurrent acute pancreatitis since childhood with APBU and Choledochal cyst with a common hepatic duct membranestricture
