Abstract
Proper diagnosing of brain tumor is very important for the good treatment of tumor. This is possible by studying the previous cases of the brain tumor. The growth of tumor takes up space within the skull and interferes with the normal brain activity. So detection of tumor is very important in earlier stage. This paper focus on the MR images those are noisy due to poor acquisition process of the physical devices. This leads to improper visibility of the abnormality in MR images. The noise is removed first and then bounding box method is used to identify the location of the tumor.
