CONTENT AND STRUCTURE OF ART CRITICISM COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MUSIC CONDUCTOR AT PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract
The problem of improving the quality of future preschool institution educators' professional training, including forming music conductors' professional competence, is relevant in contemporary art pedagogy. Art component should be highlighted in the structure of this pedagogical concept, it has to ensure possession key and specified knowledge of the culture and art, students' desire to preserve and spread local and global cultural traditions. Art criticism competence is a concept which specifies the general cultural competence expert. The aim of the article is to determine the structural components of the pedagogical phenomenon of music conductors' art criticism competence, criteria and indicators of its study. Four criteria and corresponding indicators of art criticism competencies are determined: - emotional and sensual ones, found in the artistic sophistication of emotions and feelings, readiness for compassion and the artistic experience; its indicators: advanced artistic and aesthetic emotions and feelings, the adequacy of aesthetic perception, availability of aesthetic tastes and ideals; - cognitive ones, which reflects the level of individual intelligence, the possession of art knowledge, artistic and aesthetic knowledge, art education and general culture competence; indicators of this criterion are the artistic and aesthetic worldview, development of art criticism logosphere, understanding of artistic and aesthetic value of an object or a phenomenon; - creativity and activity by which it is possible to determine the extent to which the person is involved into different kinds of art, ability to art criticism self-development and art and aesthetic transformation of the environment “under the laws of beauty”; its indicators are need for creative activity and the ability to self-examination and self-development; - information and communication criterion as the ability to master the art knowledge and solving artistic and aesthetic problems in educational and professional activities with a computer, the ability to navigate the information space, to receive information and operate with it according to their own needs and requirements of modern high-tech information society; indicators of this criterion are: the ability of independent searching and processing information necessary for quality performance of art professional tasks; readiness for self-development in information technologies.
