Abstract
We have proposed an easy CTF event, which is "Capture the Flag" as a hacking competition. It is for an introductory educational experience of information literacy and security learning. We developed a contest management server BeeCon. It offers CTF exercises and gaming factor for cooperation between contestants and supporters. We will carry out open contests for some educational organizations. We introduce virtual environment for BeeCon. An administrator of the real server manages common problem DB and client information. He activates virtual server vBeeCon. In vBeeCon, an organizer of each organization prepares a portal Web page, user registration of participants and implementation guidance of a contest.
