Abstract
The article deals with methodical training of future Biology teachers for implementation of contemporary objectives of environmental education and upbringing. The content of optional course “Methods of ecological and naturalistic activity in general schools and out?of?school educational facility” is offered. This course is a variable component of methodical training of future teachers of Biology at pedagogical universities.It has been dteremined, tha ecological and naturalistic activity is realized in two ways: as extracurricular ecological and naturalistic activity in Biology, and ecological and naturalistic activity which is run out of school. On the basis of competence-based approach there has been carried out a design of the educational process. The peculiarities of realization of course content in different forms of methodical training (lectures, practical classes and self?study work) have been substantiated. Corresponding results of future Biology teachers' training have been determined.
