Abstract
The article analyzes some economic indicators characterizing the role of the BRICS in the global economic system based on export and import figures, as well as in the context of the GNI of each of the countries-participants. The economic outlook, which has been carried out, indicates the positive dynamics of the analyzed parameters and their peak is to reach in 2021. It has been concluded that the BRICS in 2015 was the most influential economic union in the world.
