BLOCKCHAIN: PANACEA OR THREAT FOR INFORMATION STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL

This research paper deals with blockchain technology. The target of investigation is analysis of efficiency and reliability of this technology for the purpose of information storage and retrieval. This analysis allows to consider blockchain infusion in terms of public authorities and оf financial and nonfinancial institutions as well as to give a description of operation principle and structure of blockchain system.
