Problems and tasks of efficiency of system of technical exploitation of mobile agricultural and motor transport technique

The analysis of researches and experience of exploitation of mobile agricultural technique and motor transport technique is conducted in an agricultural production, that represents, that on the modern stage the substantial increase of efficiency of technical exploitation cannot be attained by realization of separate measures, but requires consideration of her as system with application to her of modern methods of research and perfection and providing of the proper level of reliability of the systems and aggregates. It is reduced, problems and tasks that require a decision. It is shown that the system-directed analysis can be considered further development analysis of operations of technical exploitation of mobile agricultural and motor transport technique and management theory as one of central problems of analysis of the systems there is a problem of making decision. It is marked that the increase of efficiency of technical exploitation of mobile agricultural and motor transport technique is sent to research of innovative approaches, coercion in an action of backlogs of development and increase of efficiency of production, upgrading of products, technical level and organization of production, perfection of technological processes, providing of their reliability, safety and regularity of works, increase of intensity of the use of technical exploitation, increase of the labor, rational use of labor, material and financial resources productivity. Indexes of efficiency and them mathematical formulation for perfection of technical exploitation on the basis of the system-directed approach of research of efficiency are educed and generalized. Whole for providing realizations of primary objective of orientation of activity of operating enterprises and their subdivisions are offered for the increase of efficiency of exploitation of mobile agricultural and motor transport technique.
