Prospects of using public-private partnerships as a catalyst for economic growth

The article studies tendencies of development of public-private partnership in the world and in Ukraine. Considered the country's readiness for the introduction of public-private partnership in Ukraine and problems of its implementation. It also provides features, supported by a legal basis, structural elements of the mechanism of realization of public-private partnership in Ukraine. The proposals for development of public-private partnership are given.
