Internal factors form the content of state foreign policy

The article deals with the traditional conceptual background of foreign policy analysis. The main accent made on internal factors form the content of state foreign policy, exposes theoretical bases of forming of foreign policy. Attention is concentrated on research of role of internal factors that form maintenance of foreign policy of the state. Basic methodological and theoretical pre-conditions of research of problem of intercommunications are certain. The new methodological and theoretical going is certain near the study of intercommunications of forms politicians consisting in the account of paradygmal character of problem, to the logical connectedness of interpretations of borders of politics, conceptions of power, structure of civil society, special role of pluralism and general vision of the state as analytical category.
