Systemacy against the background of uncertainty in the ways regulating state and regional economic processes

Scientific approaches to developing effective tools and means of social life development based on quite philosophically grounded theoretical support are considered. It is shown that in recent years, the development of national economic sciences is due not only to the general acceleration of scientific knowledge, but also significant socio-political changes in the society. It is proved that the current transformation process creates a basis for improving economic potential of society and provides objective possibilities for effective use of productive forces.
