Higher Education of Ukraine in the System Labor Market Relations

The analysis of higher education of Ukraine in the context of labor market relations was made on both sides: as the system of training specialists and the sphere of labor application. We revealed the growth of negative processes such as the structure and quality of training of specialists do not meet the needs of the national labor market. This leads to unemployment among graduates with degrees and the reduced number of employees in the system of higher education. Because of low competitive position in the global educational world, Ukraine loses contemporary factors of economic growth that is human and intellectual capital. The conclusion about the need for a new approach to the development of higher education policy was made.
