Abstract
The article presents results of analysis of the main figures of innovative activities of industrial enterprises of State Statistics Service of Ukraine. The article examines the main methods of conducting innovation policy. The authors propose measures of improving the innovative policy of Ukraine under the modernization of the industrial enterprises in the country.
