Abstract

The total morbidity of the adult population of the Udmurt Republic for the 2013-2014 respiratory diseases occupies the 2nd place and make up 24.2%. In 2014, the previous year, the incidence of respiratory pathology has decreased, but at the same time been an increase in respiratory diseases as compared to 2008 by 4.7% [1,p. 50]. In the structure of morbidity pathology of respiratory pneumonia in the Russian Federation occupies 23.8% [1, p. 70]. In recent years, pneumonia - the most common cause of mortality from respiratory diseases. They have a pronounced seasonal dependence - most of the dead is recorded, usually in the winter and spring months, the least - in July-September. Men die twice as often as women (53% and 25% for 1000). The average age of deaths from pneumonia is below 5.4, the average age of deaths from respiratory diseases as a whole. Hospital mortality from pneumonia in the Udmurt Republic is 4.1 per 100 patients [2, p. 30].
