ASSESSMENT OF FORMATION FACTORS ON LAND MARKET PRICES, THEIR PREDICTIVE PROPERTIES

In this article assessed the factors of formation prices on the land market. It was determined that all the components need to be developed really effective institutions and insti- tutions without which the land market will only carry nominal character. Should be developed for the formation of a functioning market not less effective institutional factors on which it is based. One of these steps is the takeover of the world's best achievements, not only in imple- mentation, but also further regulate the market of agricultural land. Investigated that Ukraine will approach the experience of countries with large crop areas, such as in the United States.
