Abstract
We examined 69 patients with chronic heart failure (HF) caused by ischemic heart disease. It was examined endothelial function such as endothelin-1, cAMP, cGMP and 6-keto-PGF1α contens. It was determined that HF has high endothelin-1 level, wich is most in HF IV functional classes, and has low cGMP level. Enalapril and losartan inhibit the activity of RAAS function.
