The necessity of receivables and payables management in modern conditions

The different views of determination receivables and payables of the enterprise are investigated. The own determination of this terms that combine domestic and foreign experience and helps us to understand their meaning are formulated. The main kinds of discounts used in foreign countries are analyzed and the discounts that can be used on domestic enterprises are highlighted. The main tasks that should be done for effective indebtedness management are determined. The main principles needed to manage receivables and payables are developed by the authors.
