EVALUATION OF LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OF WORKFORCE WITHIN THE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE

The article presents the results of a study evaluating the effectiveness of the issues of logistics management for labour resources at an enterprise. It is proposed to use an integrated indicator not only identifying the dynamics of personnel management in a company, but also comparing the effectiveness of these activities in various companies, regardless of ownership, industry and departmental affiliation, the products sold, size of businesses and other parameters.
