CRIMINAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CREATION OF FINANCIAL PYRAMIDS

In this article the issue of criminal responsibility for new legally defined crime in the economic activity sphere ? creation of financial pyramids is considered. The history of development and introduction of the relevant amendments to the Criminal code of Russian Federation is given. It is stated that liquidation of financial pyramid creation is possible only by means of package of legal, information and economic measures.
