SOME ISSUES OF LEARNING SOCIAL AND POLITICAL HISTORY AND JUDICIAL AND LEGAL SYSTEM IN AMUDARYA REGION AT THE END OF THE XIX AND IN THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURY

The article deals with social and political situation and changes that took place in judicial and legal system in Amudarya region at the end of the XIX and in the beginning of the XX century. In reports, articles and investigations attention is given to the issues of using land and the conditions of people's living. The information about judicial activity, prosecutor's system, prison construction and some other materials as well is presented. The malfunctions in the activity of judicial and legal system are analysed. Some published articles and reports relating to that period are investigated in terms of historiography. The analysis of some published articles and announcements close to the studied topic was introduced for scientific use for the first time.
