LATE DISCOVERIES. ASPECTUAL ANALYSIS

Scientific discoveries as a structural component of science have multidirectional mobility: one vector is a developing, knowledge increment, another vector is their delay, oblivion. In this article, we allocate and analyse only dynamics of late discoveries and factors which have caused it. These factors include: leading direction, "ignoring", prenotion, science object, authority.
