THE MODERN ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCE LEVEL

As process of teaching is a process of joint activity of the teacher and student, so for each methodologist the language is not only the subject of training or transfer of knowledge, experience, and first of all it is development of ability to use language as communication means and obtaining perspective results; development of communicative competence is necessary for this purpose. Basis of communicative competence is the communicative abilities of the teacher based on language knowledge and skills and also the linguo-crosscultural knowledge.
