Development of labour potential of industry on principles of social responsibility: conceptual and scientifically-methodical providing

In the article the basic directions of formation and implementation of social responsibility in ensuring the development of labour potential of industry are determined and systematized for the main actors of industrial relations: employers, entrepreneurs, labour groups, employees, trade unions, and NGOs. To develop an integral indicator for assessment of the labour potential the information subsystem was generated on the basis of which the testing of the patterns of its determination was conducted. According to the results of the calculations the analysis of the patterns of the level change in 2010-2015 is given with the determination of the main leverages of the development or deceleration of ensuring labour potential of industry on the principles of social responsibility.
