Directions of ensuring of financial decentralization in Ukraine

In the article investigated the role of financial decentralization and self-sufficiency of local budgets of Ukraine in the ensuring of the dynamic development of the national economy; substantiated, that the budgetary and tax policy pursued in our country, caused the reduction of ensuring expenditures of local budgets by own revenues; proposed to fasten for local budgets all the revenues by corporate income tax and regulate shortage or surplus in these of funds by using the tax on personal income and rental payments; shown, that such actions encourage the initiative of local leaders, attracting investment and social and economic development of regions.
