Abstract
The article identified the need to develop a strategic map of the human capital in the balanced scorecard in the new economic conditions and demographic crisis. The problems of formation of the human capital of industrial enterprise in the context of innovative development and has developed recommendations for improving the quality of human capital with the help of the Balanced Scorecard.
