Abstract

The article deals with problems of modernization of Ukraine's economy. Based on the study of modern world trends of industrial development is determined that an innovative upgrade Ukrainian economy needs a reauthorization in government. It was pointed out on the regional policy making, which aims to develop the capacity of prime actors for lifelong learning and strategic innovation behavior.
