Use of mathematical methods of making decision for support of solvency of enterprise of metallurgical complex in the conditions of sanation

The problem of development of model of forming of the optimal productive program of metallurgical enterprise is set for support of his solvency taking into account sanation’s measures. Three variants of forming of financial strategy of enterprise are offered on the conclusion of him from the crisis financial state. On the basis of the offered variants the characteristic types of financial situation are distinguished: normally steady financial situation with the use of reasonable sources of facilities and unsteady financial situation with bringing in of additional sources of coverage, being not reasonable. The mechanism of forming of the annual productive program of producing, supposing stage-by-stage realization of decision and optimization model tree, is described. Attention is accented, that this approach will allow, choosing the optimal plan of sanation of enterprise in the conditions of changeability of environment, quaterly to distribute producing of products taking into account a cost cutout on a production and sale.
