Juvenile dermatomyositis A case report

Juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) is a systemic, autoimmune inflammatory muscle disorder and vasculopathy that affects children younger than 18 years. JDM primarily affects the skin and the skeletal muscles. In the United States, the annual incidence of JDM ranges from 2.5-4.1 cases per million population.
