Abstract
In the article has been done the estimation of the innovation and investment processes in Ukraine. Financial support of innovation activity in Ukraine has been analyzed. Has been researched the structure of financing of innovation activity of industrial enterprises and redistribution of accumulated resources by areas of innovation activity. The basic trends of investment processes have been analyzed. Key disadvantages in system of innovation and investment processes in Ukraine and fundamental vectors of improving of the mechanisms of state regulation of innovation and investment activity have been determined.
