Abstract
In this article the influence of industrial purpose objects on the large cities architectural three-dimensional composition formation is considered, the industrial facilities and areas renovation guidelines are defined. The selection criteria for industrial areas reorganisation are study. The ways of industrial facilities renovation located in the central part of the city are suggested.
