Abstract
This article offers the ways of improving current personnel policy and more efficient use of labor resources for industrial enterprises. The reserves of increase of efficiency of personnel management were detected. The main strategic directions of development of the personnel management system of industrial enterprises, the relevant activities and the sequence of their implementation have been developed. The structural components of the personnel management system, for which can be directed to the proposed activities have been determined.
