Methodological approach of creation of mechanisms of socio-economic development on meso-level.

The necessity of the use of consequences of investment projects is reasonable at creation of mechanism of socio-economic development of regions in the period of realization of new projects of enterprise. Supposition is outspoken as conflict of economic cycle of development of region is estimation of attractiveness of investment projects and programs on the basis of priorities. For the decision of this task not enough the use only of the generally accepted concepts, that examine the attractiveness of investment activity through a profit that can be got in the process of realization of separate investment project. It is well-proven that insufficiency of theoretical base of creation of mechanisms of socio-economic development becomes the synchronizer of great number of individual conflicts on meso-level.
