COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE EMOTIONAL BURNOUT SYNDROME IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DOCTORS AND TEACHERS)

The article discusses the problem of the emotional burnout syndrome in professional activity of doctors and teachers, the term «emotional burnout», circumstances of doctor's and teacher's professional activity. The research revealed significant differences between the levels and intensity of the syndrome of emotional burnout among the surveyed representatives of the medical and pedagogical activities.
