THE COPYRIGHT OF LEGAL ENTITIES: PROBLEMS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

The article is devoted to the analysis of copyright collective of legal entities – legal entities, which many practitioners disputed. However, in practice, in view of the increasing role and use of Internet sites in the resolution of specific problems of jurisprudence, the emergence in the 90-ies of the last century, information and business areas of law, the presence of the author's right organizations has become an inevitable phenomenon. To reinforce this aspect, the author considers it necessary to introduce in the General Ledger, adjusted an article about the web sites as part of the works.
