The study highlights the Quality of Nursing Work Life (QNWL) dimensions wherein the hospitals are doing well and recommendations have been made for the aspects where the nurses have reported low QNWL. The demographic variables like age and experience are found to be closely associated with the perceived QNWL, while variables of education and marital status of the respondents have no significant association with QNWL.
