COMPLEX EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT OF USING CRM-SYSTEMS IN ORGANIZATIONS

In this article the technique of efficiency assessment of using CRM-systems in organizations and enterprises is considered. The scheme of data exchange between subjects and objects participating in this process is provided. For objective efficiency assessment, it is suggested to use the methodology of data envelopment analysis. The criterion of efficiency and model as a linear programming problem are given. The input and output parameter sets of the estimated objects are determined. Assessment of development prospects of the enterprise is defined according to the models of artifacts at creation of efficiency practical limit.
