THE ANALYSIS OF DEFICIENCY OF THE STATE BUDGET AND METHODS OF HIS FINANCING ON THE EXAMPLE OF RUSSIA AND JAPAN IN 2015

In article the concept of deficiency of the state budget, a prerequisite of his formation on the example of such countries as Russia and Japan is considered. The author analyzes the main articles of the state budget of the countries, the uniform principles of formation of articles of the income and expenses, and also methods of financing of the state budget come to light.
