SOME ASPECTS OF THE USE OF MONETARY PENALTIES AS OTHER MEASURES OF CRIMINAL-PROCEDURAL COERCION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: THEORY, LEGISLATION, PRACTICE

In this article, through the prism of comparison of current Russian and Kazakh criminal proceedings concerning the admissibility of realization of a monetary penalty in respect of certain categories of persons, analysed procedure the procedure for imposing a monetary penalty, suggested the need to change the size of this measure of coercion. Study questions examined the emerging law enforcement practice, expressed critical attitude to the position of some researchers on the most difficult aspects of the claimed subject matter of a scientific article.
